Based in West Lothian, Scotland, we specialise in the repossession of heritable property and motor vehicles.
We also carry out tracing of vehicles and debtors on a “no positive find, no charge” basis.
Our operatives carry out repossession work mainly throughout Central Scotland and Northern England. We can by special arrangement take instructions to act in other areas of the United Kingdom in strategic partnership with fully approved and insured repossession agents. In association with our approved panel of Solicitors, Sheriff Officers (Scotland only), Bailiffs (England & Wales) and tracing agents, we are able to provide full pre-litigation and legal support services thereby allowing us to offer a totally seamless, one-stop repossession package.

We carry out the repossession of all makes of vehicles, and transportation to auction or storage. This service is offered on a voluntary handover or court order basis. We will also try to persuade debtors to sign a voluntary surrender when required to do so. Where a court order is required we work in conjunction with appropriate Sheriff Officers or Bailiffs, whom we assist to enforce the Court Decree or Repossession Order obtained previously.
We work in close conjunction with William Stewart Investigations of London, who carry out all types of investigation work all over the United Kingdom and Europe.
Repos (UK) Ltd and William Stewart Investigations are proud to announce that we now operate ANPR systems strategically positioned in every city and major town in Scotland. We also operate systems on the M8, M9 and A9, M90 and A90, M77 and M74. Our mobile systems visit town centre car parks on a daily basis and are running all the time to and from each town and are getting great results for the clients we already deal with. We will add vehicle registration numbers to our systems free of charge.
In the event that a vehicle is found but for some reason it cannot be uplifted at that time, a tracker can be fitted so that vehicle can be traced for up to 60 days using GoTEK7.
